a.) Head, People & Culture
To provide strategic direction to Country Leadership on all People & Culture(P&C) requirements. Develop and align the P&C strategy for the country to the Group P&C Strategy, Group Business Unit strategies and the country ‘s strategic imperatives. Accountable for implementing the P&C strategy and the delivery of P&C services, policies and programs across the business. Act an active member of the country executive team.
b.) Data Analyst
Provides support to strengthen the organization’s data quality posture by ensuring that critical data elements, processes, and lineage comply with Data Governance standards. The role drives adoption of data quality tools, enhances data literacy across the business, implements remediation measures for data issues, and works with Business Data Stewards to operationalize data Quality Standard.
c.) Entrenchment Banker
To proactively promote a virtual/remote relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for clients in the Private/Executive Banking segments, through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions.
