  • Job Listings: Access to curated job opportunities across various industries

Service delivery timelines and specific deliverables will be communicated upon consultation and agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Respond to communication requests in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights of materials provided by Tonny CareersCrafters
  • Use our services lawfully and ethically

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements
  • All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required as per the agreed schedule before or upon service delivery
  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of service initiation
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, strategies, and documents created by Tonny CareersCrafters remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive full usage rights for personal or business purposes as specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Personal data, business strategies, and documents shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, Tonny CareersCrafters cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, interview success, or business growth metrics. Our services provide professional guidance, tools, and strategies to enhance your career or business prospects.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Consultations and workshops may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled sessions may incur a cancellation fee
  • Project-based services require written notice for cancellation as per service agreement

9. Amendments to Terms

Tonny CareersCrafters reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

  • Violate any intellectual property rights

13. Termination of Services

Tonny CareersCrafters reserves the right to terminate services or access to our platform if users violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.
