Must have a Certificate/Diploma or Degree in engineering, business, Finance, Economics or any other relevant Field.
Previous experience in GPS tracker installation and maintenance.
Technical knowledge of GPS tracking devices and related topics.
At least 1 to 2 Years experience in a supervisory or recovery role.
Strong Leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
Must have excellent communication, negotiation and customer engagement skills
Must have high level of Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Should have a strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and call center tools
