Conecta Africa is a multi-country entrepreneurship initiative designed to strengthen entrepreneurship ecosystems across Africa through structured incubation programs, ESO capacity building, and ecosystem activation.
In Kenya, Conecta Africa works with local ESOs in Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Nigeria, and Morocco; mentors, ecosystem actors, and entrepreneurs in:
Structured incubation programs
Local ecosystem partnerships
Data-driven program management
Technology-enabled dashboards
Community-based engagement

We are looking for a Program Management Associate to assist the Senior Program Manager in delivering programs in the countries named above.
