Consultancy to Support MOH to Conduct a Rapid Update of Annual National and County Health Budget Analyses and Integration of Evidence to Inform Ongoing Health Sector Financing Reforms

Job Description

It is in the above context that Palladium intends to provide technical assistance to Ministry of Health to enhance availability of evidence that informs prioritization and future resource allocation to the sector. The specific objectives of this consultancy are;
1. Review and restructure budget analyses processes and content to align with ongoing health sector reforms at national and subnational levels,
2. Generate current, updated and complete budget analysis information for fys 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 and disseminate to inform public resources prioritization and allocation to programmes for the forthcoming budget cycle,
3. Develop a validated roadmap for institutionalizing resource mapping and burden of disease leveraging existing HIS.
