Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication or a related field.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email systems).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
