The Analyst, Development Impact (DI) supports the AFIYA programme in delivering on its goals by closely collaborating with FSD Africa’s DI team to inform project designs, build robust systems for results tracking and performance management, and ensure that learning is embedded in programme operations and shared across partners. The role holder supports AFIYA programme teams and partners throughout the results management cycle, including the development of project results measurement plans; the management of the periodic collection and quality assurance of outcome and impact data; and project monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
