a. Role Overview
The Fashion Admin Assistant plays a critical role in supporting operations, logistics, and internal coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in organized environments, understands fashion workflows, and serves as a vital link between teams, vendors, and management.
b. Design & Creative Support
Assist in the development of fashion concepts, collections, and design sketches. Participate in creating technical drawings and supporting sample development. Contribute to researching trends, fabrics, and materials aligned with the brand identity. Work closely with tailors, pattern makers, and production teams, and assist with fittings, alterations, and quality checks.
c. Administrative, Operations & Logistics
Track shipments, deliveries, and production timelines. Monitor and update inventory levels for materials and finished products. Support vendor coordination, including payment tracking and documentation.
d. Team Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate team calendars and schedule internal meetings. Set up meetings, reminders, and manage internal deadlines. Support day-to-day coordination between departments and team members to ensure smooth operations.
e. Data Entry, Reporting & Communication
Update spreadsheets, sales records, inventory logs, and administrative documentation. Prepare basic reports to support decision-making and maintain organized digital and physical records. Manage general inquiries and provide basic customer service support (non-design related). Act as the central point of communication for daily office updates, ensuring clear information flow between design, operations, sales, and management teams.
