The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting and hiring talented people who will drive BasiGo’s mission forward. You will support recruitment for roles across all departments, including technical, operations, and corporate, while ensuring a strong candidate experience, compelling employer brand, and scalable talent acquisition processes. This role reports directly to the Head of People and offers significant growth opportunities as BasiGo continues to scale.
b. Service Technician II

BasiGo provides an electric bus solution as a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to diesel buses for private operators in Kenya. At the heart of BasiGo’s innovation is our Pay-As-You-Drive model, making electric bus ownership and operation accessible and affordable for private sector operators across Africa.
We are seeking a Level 2 Service Technician who is competent, hands-on, and able to work independently on most service and repair tasks. This role is suited for technicians with solid automotive experience who can diagnose common faults, support field operations, and contribute to a high-performing service team.
