a. P1 Teacher
Diploma in Education.
Primary Teachers Education (P1) Certificate (mandatory).
Valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) license (mandatory).
CBC training certification.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an ECDE environment.
Proven experience in mentoring teachers and coordinating early childhood programs.
Familiarity with CBC curriculum implementation and Ministry of Education requirements.
b. Junior Copywriter
Educational Competency
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven track record of creating successful campaigns and high-impact content across multiple platforms.
Experience in client-facing roles and managing feedback to refine creative outputs.
c. Media Buyer
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Proven experience 3 - 4 years working as a Media Buyer, with a strong focus on programmatic media buying.
In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
Proficiency in analysing data and interpreting performance metrics to optimize campaign strategies.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and campaign insights effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with ad tech tools and platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc., is a plus.
