The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and maintaining commercial and / or residential clients, focus decided by HoD.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the waste management and recycling industry.
b. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
c. Client Consultations and Presentations:
Conduct client meetings to understand their waste management needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
d. Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial and/or residential clients (focus decided by HoD), ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalizing contracts.
e. Market and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
f. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
g. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide guidance and support as needed.
h. Customer Support and Follow-up:
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Conduct follow-up meetings and check-ins to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
