The role ensures agents can confidently profile customers, execute sales processes correctly, and activate quickly post-training. By translating classroom learning into consistent field execution, the Regional Mentor strengthens agent performance in real selling environments and drives improved adoption and sales outcomes. This role is critical during market launches and in regions where Clean Cooking is scaling. The Regional Mentor partners with commercial and operational teams to embed training into daily execution, supports adoption of sales and technology tools, and surfaces field insights that continuously improve training effectiveness. Success in the role is reflected through faster agent activation, improved profiling and sustainable learning practices.
