The Community Mobilizer will play a vital role in mobilizing communities, supporting program planning, and ensuring smooth implementation of sponsorship and development initiatives at the grassroots level.
In this dynamic position, he/she will collaborate with Sponsorship Relations Volunteers (SRVs), enrolled children and their caregivers, local leaders, and a range of community stakeholders to deliver impactful programming and meaningful sponsorship communications. More than just a role, he/she will be the bridge between the program and the people it serves, ensuring that all ChildFund Safeguarding policies and procedures are upheld with diligence and care.
