Business Development Manager-Broker Channel

The role holder will be responsible for driving implementation of the sales strategy for the corporate market segment to ensure achievement of the department’s strategy through broker channels.

Reports To : Head, Corporate Business

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Marketing, or another business-related discipline.
2. Diploma in Insurance (ACII or AIIK).
3. Member of CII or IIK.

Experience

1. 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, 3 of which should be in a supervisory role.
