a. Technical Officer (F4B)
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences, Public Health or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in the design and development of capacity enhancing programmes.
In depth knowledge of capacity development approaches and methodologies
Knowledge in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Ending Gender Based Violence (GBV), Gender Equality & Women Empowerment, adult learning methodologies and leveraging technology for learning.
At least 5 to 7 years of county-coordination experience in a busy donor funded programme with a focus on community-level interventions on FGM/C, Child Marriage, GBV, Child Protection, SRHR and Advocacy.
b. County Implementation Officer (F4B)
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences, Public Health, Community Health or related field.
Knowledge in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Ending Gender Based Violence (GBV), Gender Equality & Women Empowerment, adult learning methodologies and leveraging technology for learning.
At least 3 to 5 years of county-coordination experience in a busy donor funded programme with a focus on community-level interventions on FGM/C, Child Marriage, GBV, Child Protection, SRHR and Advocacy.
Understanding of behaviour change or social change communications.
c. Project Officer - Capacity Building (Non-Communicable Diseases)
Minimum three (03) years’ experience in management NCDs and other prevalent diseases or related programs, that included supporting capacity building initiatives.
Experience working with relevant Ministry of Health departments and/or regulatory bodies for health professionals, especially on capacity building initiatives.
Experience in literature review for designing training curricula, assessment tools, as well as in planning, and delivery of training programs through e-platforms.
Ability to work well with people in a cross-functional team environment and across administrative boundaries, as well independently.
